From Procrastination to Action: A Time Management Workshop (ONLINE)

In this workshop, we will:

  • Develop an understanding of the emotional toll of procrastination
  • Distinguish protective factors behind procrastination and the illusion of productivity (“good” procrastination)
  • Begin a shift in mindset from auto pilot to purposeful action

Flexible Career Options - Career Workshop (IN-PERSON)
Wednesday February 11, 2026

Are you thinking about what you will do this summer and/or after you finish your current degree? In this workshop we will:

  • Identify and understand your career options for the summer and/or upon graduation.
  • Discover and discuss various career interests, values, and skills using a career development framework.
  • Begin to build a plan to navigate a career path using a Career decision-making model.
  • Review Career Exploration & Education programs, services, and resources available after this session.
