Residence Contacts

As the Dean of Students, Liza oversees all student life activities in the College, including the residence program. She works with students, staff, and faculty members at the College and across the university to ensure the student experience at Woodsworth is vibrant and inclusive.

As the MRL, Stuart provides leadership and direction to the residence life program. Stuart employs a holistic approach toward the creation of a safe, diverse, and vibrant residence community that is conducive to both academic success and personal development. In addition to supervising the Dons, Porters, and Work Study Students, Stuart also works in concert with the Woodsworth Residence Council to strengthen the residence community. 

As the ADRA, Suzanne is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residence office. She oversees residence admissions and student financial accounts, manages the residence’s IT, and coordinates our summer business operation.

As the Residence Facilities Coordinator, Andrea is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the residence’s facilities. She supervises the Maintenance Technician and cleaning staff, and liaises with external contractors and engineers, to ensure the building is in good repair.

The Residence Operations Coordinator (ROC) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the residence office. The ROC coordinates all residence communications, assists with admissions, and assists the staff at the residence front desk.

As the RLC, Ben works closely with Dons, Work Study students, and Residence Council to make residence fun, engaging and educational. Ben organizes our Residence Cup, provides support to residents and staff, and helps make residence feel like home.

As the Student Life and Equity Coordinator, Natalie oversees all programming portfolios for the Office of the Dean of Students, including orientation, mentorship, leadership development, and community outreach.  She also works directly with the Woodsworth College Students’ Association in supporting their efforts. Additionally, she oversees various administrative and co-curricular elements of the first-year foundational program, Woodsworth One.

As the Coordinator, Student Programs & Access, Kim oversees the various access and transitions programming at the Office of the Dean of Students. Kim encourages community building and holistic student development by implementing high-impact programs. She would love to see you at her future events, chat about how to get involved at Woodsworth, and help you connect with (or become) a student mentor!

As the Community Development and Student Wellness Coordinator, Amanda strives to promote mental wellness in academic and residence spaces, coordinate resource navigation, and foster meaningful connections through interactive events and workshop engagements. She works closely with the residence team to ensure students are supported and seen in the Woodsworth community.

Residence Life Dons are responsible for building community, managing conflict, and developing programming for their students to live in a rich, safe, and welcoming home during the Fall/Winter term. Dons are a resident's access point for any questions and concerns. They monitor the building and work closely with the Assistant Dean, Residence Life, to strengthen the aspect of community amongst their students.

Front Desk Porter's are responsible for the daily operations of Woodsworth College Residence. From interacting with residents, receiving packages, and signing in contractors, to managing emergencies and being the hub for information in the building, Front Desk Porters have a large responsibility in interacting with the building's needs on a daily basis.
