Affiliated Centres

In 2013, Woodsworth College's undergraduate Criminology and Employment Relations programs were integrated with the programs administered by the Centre for Criminology and Sociolegal Studies and the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources respectively.  The Undergraduate Program Office remains located in Woodsworth College. The relationship between the Centres and Woodsworth College allows program students, regardless of college affiliation, to benefit from the rich academic support services and facilities available at the College.

Centre for Criminology & Sociolegal Studies
The undergraduate Criminology and Sociolegal Studies program incorporates theory, research methods, and knowledge from a wide range of other disciplines such as history, political science, philosophy, sociology, psychology, law and economics. The program provides students with a sound foundation for the understanding of crime and the administration of justice in Canada and abroad, and, more generally, the processes of social order and disorder.  Most students combine their studies in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies with programs in Political Science, Psychology or Sociology.
