The Front Desk
The residence front desk is the hub of our community. Open 24/7 and staffed by our friendly team of student porters, the front desk is tasked with answering your questions, controlling access to the residence, processing mail and parcel deliveries and loaning out equipment.
The front desk is available by telephone at (416) 623-1685 x 2000.
Online Guestbook
All guests must be signed in at the front desk prior to entering the residence. To make this process more efficient, you are welcome to pre-register your guests using our online guestbook.
Equipment & Supplies
There is a variety of equipment and supplies available to you at the front desk, including: vacuums, irons and ironing boards, billiards equipment, board games, biodegradable bags for composting and more.
Room Maintenance Requests
Do you have a maintenance concern that you'd like to report? Please submit a work order so that our facilities team can address your concern as soon as possible.
Internet & Telephones
To connect to the Internet in residence, you can physically connect your computer to the ethernet port in your room or you can set up your own wireless router. Additionally, there is a landline telephone in your bedroom. If you require assistance with your telephone or Internet connection, please visit the front desk to complete a request for IT assistance.
Bicycle Storage
The secure bicycle storage room is conveniently located indoors on the main floor of the residence. To register your bicycle and be given keycard access to the space (pending availability), please email us.
