Speak to your program coordinator

Speak to your program coordinator  to let them know you’re interested in pursuing the Diploma to Degree Program at U of T. They can make sure you’re on track to begin this pathway. Find contact information for each of the three program coordinators

Email the Diploma to Degree office at U of T

Email us to let us know you’re interested in the program. We can help suggest what programs of study you could pursue based on your areas of interest. We can also help you to choose a qualifying course that relates to one of your programs of interest. Learn more about qualifying courses and programs of study on our FAQ page

Prepare your application

  • Draft your statement of intent* since you’ll need to include this in your online application.
  • You’ll also be asked to list three programs that you’re interested in pursuing at U of T, and three courses that you’re interested in taking. Learn more about programs of study on our FAQ page

*What is a statement of intent?

This is a brief written statement in which you’ll be asked to describe your interest in the program, your short-term and long-term academic goals and your financial plan. The purpose of your statement of intent is to provide us with some information that we can use to best advise you on your options and to help connect you to services at U of T.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Applications for the Fall/ Winter 2018-2019 session are now closed.

Applications for Summer 2019 will open in mid-January, 2019.  

When should I apply to take my qualifying course?

Are you currently in your first or second semester of college?

It’s best to take your qualifying course after completing your second semester of college.

Are you already in your third or fourth semester of college?

Don’t worry - it’s not too late to take your qualifying course. You’ll just need to complete it during the May/ June term of U of T’s summer session.
