Throughout the summer, we welcome bookings from individuals or groups in need of medium-term accommodations in downtown Toronto. Our modern, apartment-style residence is best suited to students, young professionals and/or visitors to Toronto.

Shared Suites

U of T Student Discount Fee - Shared Suites

In order to be eligible for the U of T Student Full Summer Discount fee, students must be registered in summer classes at the University of Toronto and apply to summer residence prior to March 30th, 2025.
Should you wish to move in before May 8, you are welcome to request an extension of your stay with us. Please note that individuals who request an early arrival will likely be housed together, regardless of suitemate requests. Early arrival is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Applicants will be notified by mid-April regarding their early arrival request.

For early arrival dates that fall between May 8 and August 16, regular rates apply. For additional details related to sessional rates, please view Appendix A in our Occupancy Agreement.
Late departure is only available to students registered in summer credits at the University of Toronto with a final exam during this period. Late departure is not guaranteed.
