Important Dates for Future Residents
This is a list of important dates and deadlines for future residents.
- June and July – Residence offers extended to students! Carefully check your email (and junk folder)! Pay your first residence deposit by the deadline stated in your offer to secure your spot.
- Late August – Resident-specific placement and room assignments sent out.
- September 2nd, 2023 – Move-in for first year students.
- September 30th, 2023 - First residence fee instalment due on ACORN
- November 30th, 2023 - Second residence fee instalment due on ACORN
Frequently Asked Questions
I am receiving OSAP/government student aid; may I defer payment of my residence fees?
Certainly. To do so, please login to ACORN and select the "Tuition Fee Deferral" tab on the left menu and follow the instructions that are outlined. This will defer both your tuition and residence fees. You can find the deferred residence payment deadlines on the last page of your Occupancy Agreement.
