Front Desk Porters are responsible for supporting the daily operations of Woodsworth College Residence. From interacting with residents, receiving packages, signing in contractors, to engaging emergency on call staff and being the hub for information in the building, Front Desk Porters have a large responsibility in interacting with the building's needs on a daily basis, the desk is open 24/7/365.

Residence Dons are responsible for building community, managing conflict, and developing programming for their students to live in a rich, safe, and welcoming home during the Fall/Winter term. Dons are a resident's access point for any questions and concerns. They monitor the building and work closely with the Manager, Residence Life and Residence Life Coordinator to strengthen community & belonging amongst residents. Lead Residence Dons have additional leadership responsibilities. The Woodsworth College Residence Don and Lead Residence Don roles are unionized position that is represented by the USW Local 1998 - College Residence Dons Bargaining Unit. Summer Project Assistants work closely with the Residence Life team to provide support to prospective and incoming residents, help Woodsworth College Residence maintain a social media presence, and assist with updating staff trainings. Summer Projects Assistants also interact with residents, support various projects and assist with managing emergencies after hours.
