A Conversation with Commander Michael Eelhart

Our guest speaker is Cdr Michael Eelhart, Commanding Officer of HMCS Ville de Québec. With 15 years of experience navigating in the north, he has extensive knowledge and experience to share.

A graduate of the Royal Military College, Commander Eelhart is a native of Edmonton and is currently based in Halifax with the Royal Canadian Navy. Recently he led several important Arctic expeditions and in February 2019 he assumed command of Ville de Québec, Canada’s only fully bilingual frigate.

Come and hear Cdr Eelhart's take on leadership, resilience, grit and how to use these attributes when transitioning to a career.

Refreshments will be served.
