The workshop will be facilitated by Andrea Tavchar, professor of public relations, School of Media Studies and Information Technology, Humber College.
Andrea specializes in teaching social media and advocating the use of social media platforms for academic and professional needs. Andrea also teaches students to research, network and create online content.
Specific topics will include:
- The power of networking
- How to leverage your social media in the current labour market & how to mitigate some of its pitfalls
- Impression management & personal brand
