Enduring Alliance: A History of NATO and the Postwar Global Order

Enduring Alliance: A History of NATO and the Postwar Global Order

"Born from necessity, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has always seemed on the verge of collapse. Even now, some seventy years after its inception, some consider its foundation uncertain and its structure weak. At this moment of incipient strategic crisis, Timothy A. Sayle offers a sweeping history of the most critical alliance in the post-World War II era."

The Woodsworth College Alumni Association (WCAA) invites you to attend this month's Alumni Cafe lecture featuring U of T Professor Timothy A. Sayle, who will be discussing his new book, Enduring Alliance: A History of NATO and the Postwar Global Order.

Speaker: Timothy Andrews Sayle, Assistant Professor, Department of History and Director, International Relations Program, University of Toronto.

Registration can be completed by following the link at the right, emailing events.woodsworth@utoronto.ca, or calling 416-978-5301.
