Biography: Kareem El-Assal is the Principal of El-Assal Insights. He has over 15 years of Canadian immigration experience, working in business, government, and non-profit environments. He has authored over 500 immigration publications, organized over 20 events, delivered over 100 presentations, and been interviewed by the media over 70 times. Kareem has been cited in the 2020 Annual Report to Parliament on Immigration, and studies conducted by Canada's House of Commons, Statistics Canada, the OECD, among others.

Kareem has also provided Canadian immigration policy advice to the Canadian Senate and Parliament, federal, provincial, and territorial governments, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group, and government delegations from Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany and Switzerland.

He has helped implement digital marketing strategies for major companies, non-profits, and governments across Canada. He has strong knowledge of AI, website monetization, SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Content Management Systems, and other digital marketing tools.

He is a newcomer mentor through the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC). In 2024, Kareem was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for service to Canada.
