Biography: I have been involved in Communications and Media Relations for over 20 years with three different federal departments.

I developed interview coaching tools and delivered numerous presentations to senior management and executives alike. I am keen to share knowledge and experiences with others with similar professional interests.

Hobbies: politically aware & avid reader; spokesperson for Gov Canada procurement during Covid; have mentored numerous time both with U of T and professionally love giving back.
