Biography: Eugene is Managing Partner at Blue-Mark Management Consultants, a consultancy providing strategic planning facilitation, operating model definition, organizational design, and complex change management. He is also serving as Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and Secretary of the Children's Aid Society of Toronto Board of Directors as well as Chair of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee on the University of Toronto Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Eugene earned an HBA with a double major in Philosophy and Ethics, Society, and Law from U of T in 2012 and an MBA as valedictorian from Rotman in 2019.
Hobbies: Eugene is an immigrant from Hong Kong and a first-generation university student. Having first-hand experience of the uncertainty of graduating with a humanities degree, he has a particular interest in mentoring visible minorities who have chosen to pursue humanities programs.
Eugene enjoys bouldering, going to the gym, watching musicals, and grappling with hard questions in philosophy, politics, economics, and business.
