Biography: Hey! My name is Ben, and I'm currently working at Pfizer as a Clinical Research Pharmacy Support Specialist. Leading up to this role, I worked in various healthcare fields including community pharmacy, research (both dry lab and wet lab), quality improvement, and paramedicine. I graduated from the University of Toronto's St. George campus last summer with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Biology, and Physiology. I received tons of support from various mentors through my undergraduate degree, and as a Woodsworth College alumnus, I see this program as an opportunity to give back and guide students aspiring to work in healthcare. I hope we're a good match!

Hobbies: I'm originally from BC, so I love hiking and the outdoors. Since the nature in downtown Toronto is a little lacking, I like to spend my free time with friends—especially when we're running/bouldering, secondhand shopping, or trying new restaurants. I've been with Pfizer for about seven and a half months now, which means I have a good sense of the industry without being too removed from the chaos of job hunting. Mentorship, both as a mentor and mentee, was a big focus for me in undergraduate and I'm looking to keep it going as a young professional.
