Biography: Andrew is an associate at Lax O’Sullivan specializing in business litigation and insolvency law. Called to the bar in Ontario in 2025, he clerked at the Ontario Superior Court in Toronto, where he specialized in commercial list matters and other civil matters. Andrew graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024. While there, he worked as a community mediator in Osgoode’s Mediation Clinic. He was involved in the Osgoode student societies for criminal law, civil litigation, and constitutional law. Andrew graduated from UofT in 2021 with majors in criminology and political science, and a minor in sociology. In his final year at UofT, Andrew was the President of the Woodsworth College Students’ Association.

Hobbies: I have a small but growing record collection. I am an avid comic book reader.

Why I mentor: My time at Woodsworth meant a great deal to me. While there, I had the great fortune of having a wonderful alumni mentor, and he set me on the path for my success. I love to give back as much as I can to current students - especially those interested in pursuing a legal career.
