RLCT Assistant

Residence Life Collaborative Training (RLCT) is a comprehensive pre-service training program for the 180 Residence & Commuter Dons on the St. George campus at the University of Toronto. The RLCT program is a multi-stakeholder effort involving a committee of 12 residence life professionals and more than 20 campus and community partners.

The RLCT Assistant is an integral part of the planning committee, assisting with all aspects of the training program including event planning, logistics coordination, meeting support, and assessment. Qualifications

  • Experience planning and executing large-scale events
  • Experience working as part of a large team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with U of T campus resources
  • Experience working in residence life an asset
  • Basic understanding of assessment practices and techniques
