It really depends upon which kind of help you need. Your Residence Don is your first stop when looking for personal or academic help. Your Residence Don is there for you to ask questions about the Residence or about University life. Your Don can provide you with referrals for academic help, counseling, or other personal services.

The Residence Front Desk can provide you forms for booking the Residence meeting room, the multi-purpose room, or the courtyard. The residence office can provide you with help for bookings.

If you require maintenance to your bedroom or suite, including light bulbs, you can fill out a “Work Order Request” which is available online at Work Orders (under the Current Tab).
